Visual Book [En]

Since I am a fan fiction writer and a programmer, it goes without saying that I will eventually look at Visual Novel (Visual Book, ...) In their conception, many digital games are based on a deeply elaborated story, or they make sure that it is a really fat or sporty part of the work. They took some of that concept to the heights that it borders on book projects.And from the VB's point of view, this is the other way around. Usually you take the concept of the work / book and with the help of programming, graphics, sound system you enhance the experience of reading the story. It is not directly animation or film-making, but experts in this field can present exceptional works that the experience of them can be compared not only to a book but also to a film product. At the same time, VBs have the advantage that it depends on the developer (or his team) whether they let the reader flip through the work or give it the possibility of interaction that would lead to multiple ends, as in the case of date-sims.This trend is popular with important short story works that also received anime processing, and VA (Voice Actors), which lent their voice to the characters from the film, are also enlivened by characters from VB or Audio Books.

My project is a similar revival of the story. Originally VB was to be created in Renpy (free software created directly to create amateur VB enthusiasts using the Phyton programming language), for the NaNoRenO 2022 GameJam competition at itch.ioBut if something doesn't work for you, it won't work for you. The available features or addons modules for Renpy that I looked at, did not allow me to perform the performances I had in mind. So I remembered at my previous VB project and went back to it. This time, however, I was able to bring him to the point where it is in a form that can be used as presentation, to show that I can do something like that.For information, the whole software is made of UI elements (user interface), which is probably not the best way to start Visual Novel.
